My Breath & Me

Authored and illustrated by Trish Jane, a children's book that creatively teaches the reader and listener the benefits of breathwork. This book is written in cleaver, fun, poem form to allow readers to understand and learn the power of breath work as it applies to everyday life.

I offer interactive readings of My Breath & Me for schools and groups, guiding children through mindful breathing exercises that promote calm, focus, and emotional awareness. As a Certified Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Facilitator, I create a supportive space where students can connect with their breath, build self-regulation skills, and discover tools to navigate emotions with greater ease.
