Yoga Teaching

In my yoga classes, we move with intention—combining breath, mindful movement, and gentle strength-building to bring balance to body and mind. Each session is suitable for all levels and can include chair yoga options, making it accessible to everyone. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, you’ll find space to release tension, improve flexibility, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.
