Salt Cave Session

Description

Once a month I host a Breath Therapy session within a salt cave, also referred to as Halotherapy. A room filled with pink Himalayan salt to mimic the salt mines in Poland with a generator that emits a dry salt aerosol. The room is set at a comfortable 68-71 degrees and the dry salt aerosol is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. It is 100% natural and drug free.
