Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to rise counting to 4.

Exhale slowly through your nose, allowing your belly to fall counting to 4.

Repeat for 5 cycles or 3 minutes.
Mostly B's: 4-7-8 Breathing (Relaxing Breath)
You're feeling anxious or stressed and need a method to calm your mind quickly. The 4-7-8 technique is great for managing stress and reducing anxiety.

Inhale through your nose, allowing your belly to rise, for a count of 4.

Hold your breath for a count of 7.

Exhale slowly through your nose, allowing your belly to fall, for a count of 8.

Repeat for 5-10 cycles or 3 minutes.
Mostly C's: Energizing Breath (Bellows Breathing)
If you're feeling sluggish or tired, bellows breathing can energize you. This quick and powerful breathing technique is designed to boost energy and alertness.

Sit upright with your spine straight.

Inhale and exhale rapidly through your nose with short, forceful breaths (1 second each).

Continue this for about 10 breaths, then take a deep breath in and out.
